1. Dimensions, weight or volume declared by Customer are significantly different from the actual.

2. The pallet count declared is different to that measured at the time of pickup.

3. The Customer mis declared the commodity, harmonized system code or hazardous nature of the commodity.

4. Any hold on the cargo by any government agency including Customs, security etc. at the origin, destination, and transshipment point that results in additional charges for handling, trucking, warehousing or inspection.

5. Additional charges related to demurrage and detention, warehouse storage, warehouse handling, customs fines etc.

6. Surcharges related to :

   a. Repacking due to poorly packed shipment.
   b. Misdeclaration or wrong information provided by Customer resulting in fines and penalties from carrier.
   c. Commercial documents not submitted before the document cutoff time resulting in shutout or other charges.
   d. Pickup or delivery attempt unsuccessful.
   e. Vessel rollover requested by Customer resulting in surcharges from the carrier.
   

Notes

1. Invoices for additional charges will need supporting documents that must be uploaded against the order in the marketplace.

2. All billing will be at actuals.

3. Vendor or their authorized agents are not allowed to collect any other charges not specified in the original quote or in the additional charges specified here.
